Coach No.201 was the first passenger vehicle constructed for the SdR at Low End Works. She was supplied as components by IP. Engineering in 2010, and is wooden-bodied and wooden-framed.

Subsequent works visits have seen this vehicle fitted with electric lighting, individual steel foot boards and improved upholstery in the compartments.

This vehicle is currently withdrawn from service and awaiting repairs and repainting.

Coach No.204, the first vehicle designed and built by the SdR at Low End Works in 2014 was designated Mk1 and only one example was built.

Bogies, wheels and drawgear were supplied by Brandbright Ltd.

Currently this vehicle is withdrawn and partially stripped-down pending a complete re-build in the works to bring it up to current SdR standards; new doors and upgraded lighting will be fitted along with a completely new steel roof.

The running gear from No.204 has been transferred for use on the latest Mk2 vehicle No.206.

Originally designed for the Vale of Rheidol Railway (VOR), this wooden match-board Luggage Van was supplied as components by IP Engineering, and built to SdR specifications in the workshops here at Low End.

No.202 was fitted with electric lighting supplied by under-floor batteries and has most recently had the full-length wooden foot boards removed replaced by fitted length steel foot boards.

This vehicle is currently withdrawn from service and stored pending decision on a possible rebuild.

This all-steel goods brake van was supplied as components by MSS and erected at Low End Works for service on the SdR in 2009.

The vehicle has electric lighting and extra weight added under the frame to help with adhesion and stability. Replacement drawgear was supplied by Brandbright Ltd.

Originally built as a 4-wheeled carriage, this vehicle was rebuilt with bogies and wheel sets supplied by Brandbright Ltd in order to improve running performance. New drawgear was also supplied by Brandbright Ltd.
