Work has now begun in Low End Works on the design and construction of brand new battery locomotive No.6, which is provisionally to be named DOT.
The frames, traction motor, transmission (chain drive) and electrical control equipment have been supplied by Essel Engineering [See Item no. 010A].
A 3D drawing for the cab design has been made.
